Accomplished my goals have a few questions now
last time i was here i weighed 210 lbs with a good diet and a bunch of cardio ive lost a ton of weight when i left the gym tonite i weighed 180 even. im very happy about this but i was wandering wat is the best exercise to lose my stomach? it seems like no matter wat i do it just wont go away. im still not even considering a cycle till i get my bf % down to 10 % or lower. SO PLEASE HELP!

^^ about as accurate as anyone could be...... maybe your diet could be tweaked some if you post it up.......

cardio.
keep at it. once your at 10% then your abs should be pretty visible.
there is no such thing as spot reducing. you need an overall lower bf percentage.
unfortunately the stomach is usually the last place guys lose.

Its about 16% or 15%

I thought clen was just to lose that last stubborn layer of fat? ive got a couple layers i need to lose

Train for a marathon. It's the only time I've had a good six pack.
