New Cycle
ok guys heres the deal. im trying to cut down about 10 or so pounds and gain strength wondering what kind of cycles i could run. ive ran two before. first was only dbol cycle i know stupid second was test e and dbol. both of these was just usedfor strength and because my supplies were limitied. now that ive been off for a few month ive gotten kind of lazy with everything nd gained alot of fat so i wanna try and help lose the fat but still get stronger. also my supplies are much more available so i can get more... ive improved my diet greatly nd training but still want to go back on.

IMO you should focus on diet and cardio and drop some pounds before thinkng about using AS again.

id get back in the game.. keep training for awhile.. get your training and diet in check first.

i have, ive cut down 6 pounds ina couple weeks with heavy cardia (bout 45 min. a day) and much cleaner diet.( about 2300) cals

it just seems like no matter wut i do and how i do it still i cant acheive what i want. also i kind of wanted to to do this ina bout 2 months or so.

naw not at all i dont wanna be in that catagory lol just because i wanted to kick start it. get lower bf nd weight nd all so itwould be better when doing other cycles and would be easier to maintain at that point
