ahhrggg! my delt!

i injected into my left delt a few hours ago and its been killing me for the last few hours. it just keeps throbing normally doesn't hurt much at all and if so just for a little bit. i injected a little bit higher up then previous but thats about it. why is it hurting this much!

first of all, what did u inject and how much of it?? how many times have u injected in that area... do you still have full mechanical range of the area?.. what steps, in detail, did you take for your shot.... did you asperate? did it bleed when u pulled the needle out, that's a sign of you going though a vein, that can hurt.... you may have also hit a nerve...

if you start to get flu like symthoms like fever, or the area gets hot and very sensetive to tounch... take ur butt to a doc, er, what evers conveniant... you could go to an ER (based upon what country you live in) and john doe yourself.. give bullshit information, they CANNOT DENY CARE.....

i injected test cypionate 1ml. i have injected in my left delt twice before. Mechanical range is fine. i swabbed the top of the vile. drew with a 21g needle and injected with a 23g needle.. it did bleed when i pulled just a few drops. the blood was dark. but after i swabbed the area once it stopped.. its feeling a lot better now. just hurts every now and again.

mate we've all had bad delt shots i wouldnt worry too much as long as u swab the vial and inj site and i warm the liquid and warm the delt with hot wet sponge just to improve circulation. make sure you hit the delt in good tissue and go deep into muscle fibres. make sure when u swap needles u get all the bubbles out the syringe and squirt a tiny amount of juice thru the pin and let it drip down the needle this insures no air trapped and helps lubricate needle. also check your frequency and rotate inj sites, ive seen too many guys use the delt too often and scar tissue will build up if not rotated properly, if ur shooting only a ml of cyp u can hit plenty of other muscle groups.

yeh thanks heaps man. i do inject into a diff bodypart each time i usually go delt glute delt glute. changing sides each time. havent tried any other sites yet. bit worried about doing other body parts. thanks for the help man.
