4 weeks losing weight
i am going on my fouth week of deca and test cycle and fell great feal like im getting a good pump at the gym and seem to notice slight strenght gains but actually have dropped three pounds i am eating plenty and have three 50 gram protein shakes a day is this normal at the begining of a cycle

you need more then protein shakes... what's your diet look like... should def be gaining..

i have been eating about six times a day all griiled chicken and steak i had a little flab on on my lower abs which seems to be dissappearing could i just be burning off a little excess fat

what was your weight and bf% starting the cycle, and what is it now?

i was 185 now 182 not sure about percentage but my stomach seems to be getting tighter by the day

28 years old i was 165 before first cycle
