If you are highly obese, messing with your thyroid is probably not the greatest idea. Someone else can give you more info on this. C=

T3 and Clen aren't drugs to be taken lightly, I don't recommend them for anyone with bf% over 20% because you can naturally lower that instead it should be used for those (mainly in my opinion those who compete or involved in endurance activity).
At your weight just eating right and doing mild cardio 30 mins a day (not saying go run on a treadmill all day just 30 mins) will cause substantial weight loss.

Agreed, keep your heart rate high! It should be relatively easy if you modify the diet a little bit and hit cardio 5-6 days a week for 30-40 mins. Drop 50lbs or so then reevaluate.
Stay away from clen , pick up a supplement fat burner such as Hydroxycut. But remember it wont do the work for you. You still have to put in the gym time and maintain a decent diet.

You sound like you're looking for a magic pill. Sorry, there isn't one.
If I were in your position I'd work full steam on losing fat with diet and cardio and not worry about muscle right now. Once you're slim start bodybuilding.
