    Stats?
    Age?
    height?
    Weight?

    Post your diet

Could be bloat/glycogen gain, but usually that doesn't show up as bodyfat

yes you are right. Do you think i should finish this cycle as a cut cycle to bring my BF down then start over on the next one to bulk?

Skinfolds at that high of bodyfat are not very accurate. Many times as a person gets leaner the fat is easier to pull away and your skinfold measurement will actually increase. When you get leaner this will stop happening. Also, always have the same person comp you, at the same time of the day and always use the same scale to weigh yourself. How many sites did they measure?

Three, one at the side of my chest the next my lower abdominal and last my upper thigh. Why would my strength increase if i was not gaining muscle?

You need to switch over to someone who can do a 9 site. Like I said earlier, I would wait til you are in the mid teens before trying calipers. What do the macros in your diet come to for the entire day?

i cant say for sure as they probably change a little bit each day but i will figure it all out tonight. I am wondering if my workouts are a bit of a problem. I am doing a three day on 1 off, two body parts each day, one half hour each. do you think i should try something different.

Bro.. i myself started my cycle at a high bf % and when i did the skinfold method same thing happened then i did the tape measure method and ran the numbers through the computer program i use and everything was squared away that way. us high bf% peeps cant use the caliper method til we get down to the teens. The tape measure method is what they use for entrance into the military... not sure on how accurate it really is but if theu US armed forces rely on it then it has to be reliable...IMO

bro I would if you have not already get some cardio in..if you have not been doing so I would start 20 mins two times a day. the first one on an empty stomach and then again later on in the night. I would keep your heartrate at arould 130 bpm...hope this helps..

build it up to 40 to 45 mins. two times a day

In all actuality you probably are gaining muscle bro... calipers just sucks unless your bf% is low... pm me And ill send you to the site where you can run the tape measure method tomorrow when i get up. Dont worry if ½he weight is going up thats a good sign... you are obviously doing something right... you know what i mean? Just keepin eating right and training and everything will work out in the end.

I always put some protein after my cardio, my carbs after a run are bananas. I know this does not sound good but after my fun in the morning I eat a normal breakfast with oatmeal so I leave that one alone....my second run will come around 830 at night. now after that I eat one can of tuna with two bananas. I have never had a problem with losing muscle. just watch your heart rate and keep it in the fat burning range/
