Too fatt eh !!!!!!
OK fellas i get it,,most of you are all telling me the same thing. SO im not as dumb as i might sound i know theres alot of professionals here,,and im all about research first, so i wont buy anything yet,,i will in fact stick around here though and learN, and learn and learn,BUT let me say this before i even came here,,Ive done research for 10 hrs a day for 2 full weeks . AAS seems like the things i want and need,just not at this time,,but make no mistakes about it fellas, i will be here later, i will want the good shit and ill still be pumped, i dont know if anyone who reads this will understand the total disappointing feeling i have right now,but im taken all of your advise even though im sad as hell about it...once again thanks guys,,everyone was polite and straight foward.

you may be disappointed now, but that is temporary as long as you get that bodyfat down.
Just think of the life long disappointment you would have if you went ahead with steroids and made your health worse !!
We will be more than happy to assist you in losing the fat, and when ready helping you with the AAS side of it as well!!

what exactly is your bf???
better yet, give us some stats
age
weight
height
bf
im sure it's over 15 percent, or the guys would have no objection..
but the higher your bf is, the better your chances of having sides (it's not like you CANT use gear when your bf is high, it's just that your high bf shows that you dont have a good diet/training routine and commitment + it's more risky)
try to remember... 80%diet, 15% training, 5% gear...
prioritize yourself.. better yet, go to the diet section of this forum and post up your diet for tweaking.... i check that section every day and would be happy to help...

Try this:
50%diet, 30% sleep, 15% training, 5% gear...
Sorry, not meaning to be rude but no one and I mean no one on this site takes their sleep seriously (apologises to all those who do before you hammer me).
Now then, in this gentlemans case I read that he's over 320lb at 6'0. I'm guessing that some of that is fat? Then the sleep is just as important...but less of it !
Jamyjamjr you know your stuff and provide pretty good advice, so I apologise for jumping in...........just got a little bored at the end of the day !

na no offense taken.. that's great advice!!!! sleep is very a very important factor...
6 feet and 320lbs?? damn, you make me look small im 6'4 and 280lbs right now...
ill say it again, post up your diet.... im no psychic, but im def sure we need to work on it... more like overhaul it...

hey fellas....everyone could be maken jokes and being silly,,but im glad ur not,,im taken the right steps..i get atleast 6 hours a sleep a nite,,as we speak im losing weight,and i Dont want more risk when i do decide to do gear,Ive done alot of reading,,right now i guess you can say im addicted to the reading even of this,,,lol...im sure theres alot of us.yes,,im 6`1 now 305 and counting,i dont want to totaly emabarrass myself,but trust me on this fells,,i wont do any cycles of anything,,until i no i can. Right now i no i cant.BUT ive been devoted to running to lose weight,,im currently on a diet thats not very high in protein yet,,as of course im trying to cut the fat,,although i eat white chicken and no meat unless its on the weekend,,right now im into losing fat,later when i get too 250 its on,,i dont care,,its on. thanks budds,,i so want too its all i think about,,btw im 38 yrs old , and all i think about is these websites and how everyone tells me NO,which I totaly understand,its just put me in a mental state of, oh yes i can.Seriosly ,,when i get on this computer id say the last 3 weeks or so,,its all i read about and look at.Its sommething i want, now i just need to prove too some of you im serious. Not to mention the obstacles IVE ALREADY BEAT LIKE SMOKING,,I GAINED 40 LBS IN 60 DAYS just from shoveing food in my face whnever i could,,cause i stopped smoking cold turkey,but my desire is gone now the food isnt stored in my home anymore,im over that,,i have WILL and that comes from mental strength.FUNNY THING is now GEAR as me devoted without even touching it.im in a totaly diffrent state,its alot of adinaline pumping in me just thinking bout it,,its comen boys,,and its been long time a comen,,its one of those things ive thought about and desired to do since the incredible hulk days back in the early 70`s. IM PUMPED.

sounds great !!! good luck , but why does this diet have no meat??? You need protein in your body, and carbs, and a little bit of GOOD fats
How about you layout your daily food intake so we can take a look at it and maybe help you lose some weight

hey fellas, for breakfast i usally eat 3 tuna snadwiches on 100 percent wheat..lunch i eat a banana and either salad or pop in a healthy choice mail,,dinner i eat a healthy choice meal and friuit,,on weekends i eat white chicken baked potatoe,,no soda ll water,,no juice. basicaly no diet skills at all,im on some diet pill called apidexin which promotes muscle and loses fat ,,so it says,,lifetime guearntee,,but i want what i need to do to build endurance,,so i can run further,,,i want to lose weight BUt ill take pro advise of course.also on weekend i seem to splurge,,which i no is bad
