Have AAS ever affected your relationship?

Hey guys, just wanted to talk about if any of your AAS use has ever affected your relationship with your significant other.

Does she know? Has sex life been affected? I'm starting a Test E cycle in about 2 weeks and am scared of not being able to get a boner, heh. My girlfriend is completely ignorant/closeminded about AAS and believes all the TV and text book bullshit so I won't be trying to make her learn anything, I'll be just trying to hide my cycle from her, so I'm hoping not to get any really bad sides.

Have you ever had a bad loss of libido while on a cycle and with a girlfriend/wife? It'd be really akward if I went all limp-dick in bed, and if the problem lasted for a couple of weeks, it'd be unexplainable and probably put a huge damper on things.

ran a deca and sust cycle... got deca dick... sex for 2 months was wacked. not cool

If anything your libido will be increased dramatically while taking Test...she probably will wonder what got into you. You'll probably feel the libido increase after 2 weeks and start seeing gains in week 5.
Just make sure you have a proper PCT so that your thing keeps working after you stop.

Exact opposite. Libido should be though the roof while on a test cycle. Post cycle is the worry here. Do a proper pct to combat this and you should be fine.

uhm i told my girlfriend that i was going to take steroids soon and she said that she didnt care if i took the steroids, she just didnt want me getting all big and veiny or shed probably leave me..

so i cut my losses, told her i wasnt taking them.....
i'll just wait till i can get away with it, take her some where nice or something lol.

Like I said she is ignorant and closeminded. I've tried to tell her about the difference between steroid use and abuse, but it doesn't matter. Apparently, it's just for meatheads who want to take a "shortcut" and it will give you acne, make your tits grow, your dick will get smaller, and then you get depressed and commit suicide.

Yes she knew, and our sex life was great while on. Suffered a little when I came off but a week into PCT and I was back in action. She did mention that sometimes I was a bit more of an asshole than I am naturally. However, she eagerly awaits my next cycle which I will begin in June

If you lose your libido while on cycle, something is horribly wrong. While on testosterone you should be walking around with a hard-on all day long. It's coming off thats the tricky part...I hope you've done your research and know about PCT, and have all your components ready to go.

Hiding it from her is easy. And I know that my libido should be fine during cycle unless estrogen levels go too high (?), I was just reading some cycles and have read of some people losing libido at the later weeks for some reason. I will be doing a proper PCT 14 days after last injection, I can sustain no/shitty sex for a week with the "I'm really tired/sick" excuse, but after that she's going to be like "WTF!?".

keep it out on the dresser or counter

and when you start getting big and if she says anything... say ive been taking these. got em at the vitamin place

It's true some substances can cause libido issues, but dude everyone is telling you Test will not cause this. I wouldn't worry about your sex drive at all on cycle, just during PCT getting your natural test levels back up.

I wouldn't be surprised if he gets some sort of sexual disfunction caused by himself. It's all in the head. While on test, you will NOT have problems with your libido.

haha yo that is so perfect and true, girls are dumb. I had a bottle of like 6-oxo when I was in college. My girlfriend, and a few others, asked me what I was taking and I just told them that. Hey there. My boyfriend was on tren for 13 weeks and finished at the end of jan. he is still not normal. he had to tell me he was on it...I could tell. Anyways, the goofball didnt do it correctly and now his test levels are sooooo low....that of a 70 year old.

I finally had him go to the dr and get something to fix it....he is starting test cypionate in a few days....hope it works.

Be thankful you guys can still have sex......haven't had sex in four months......yeah it sux....but made him PROMISE to never do it again....now that he's suffered the consequences and seen how it affected me, he knows better.

My advice is to tell her....she prolly won't take it well at first, but it's a lot better than making her feel that she's the reason you got sexual issues.

I know it sounds girly, but it will shed a lot of light on your relationship if you tell her...if your guy's sex is gonna suffer, can she deal with that?????

for me its not the cycle thats the issue... the pct kills my sex drive.. but she knows its just for a while.

i didnt tell my gf at 1st... but she walked in on me taking a shot... and she was ok, she kind liked it... sick mofo lol

i dont ever lie to my gf, but i never tell girls of any type i take stuff. only some close buddies know. if things get ugly in a breakup or divorce they can use it against you. you can get around do you take steroids questions, by saying "i compete drug tested" that way you dont lie haha

and as far as sex problems, its mostly metal post cycle. tren and deca will make your balls quite small and i always have cialis on hand just in case. on a side note, if i take anadrol i get very irritable and so im extra cautious around someone i really care about, but a temper can come out..not saying its roid rage , just since you already feel like shit it makes it easier to get mad. thats the only AAS that ever put me in that state too

I'm on my first cycle of test prop 500mg/wk today marked the end of my 5th week and I started having boner problems, guess estrogen is too high, I just got my arimidex in today which I started taking, hopefully it will go away... I have a really hot date tonight and I'm kinda pissed about the problems, shoulda had it on hand before start. Live and learn I guess.

rule of thumb, never make big decisions when you know your judgment is being impared..

I don't tell my g/f. She wouldn't understand. I couldn't explain it to her. I do what one of the other guys said and just buy a cheap pro hormone set it on your dresser and just tell her your taking that along with changing your diet hardcore for the next couple months. Only problem is the ball shrinkage so just have to either get some hcg or hope she doesn't notice. If she is one of those girls that likes balls you might have to tell her, my girl could care less as long as I'm giving her the penis. I never had a problem getting hard or staying hard on cycle or through my PCT

Yeah I wouldn't lie. It's better to be straight up than lie. If she does not approve of your hobby then I would not approve of her. Why should you change what you like doing, and in essence who you are, because of what she thinks? Girls go out and get their hair done, tan, fake nails, breast implants, the amount of $$$ they spend on makeup... just to look and feel good. If she's against you cycling to look and feel good then I'd walk away and find a girl that isn't.

No, I am the same person off of steroids as I am on, obviously I have more increased aggression in the gym, but that leaves once I get out. I am not some freaking animal that rages at the slightest bit of inconvenience.
