    sides of adex

ive been pretty tired lately expecially after eating sometimes. and no, it wasn't after eating a huge meal, just kinda random. I've also had chest pain off and on throught the day. I was starting to think it could be the ldex. So i was wandering if anyone else that has taken it during a cycle before has had these symptoms. I'm on 200mg/week deca and 400mg/week test enanthate and was taking .25mg ED of adex (Ldex from arr). after I started feeling different i moved it back to .25mg EOD. i've been on the less frequent dosage for about a week and a half and not really noticed much, if any, of a difference.

A few side effects of Adex are if your lowered estrogen levels could possibly (eventually) adversely affect your cholesterol and possibly even your immune function.

Other side effects include joint pains, sore throat, headaches, fatigue, chest pains, breast pains, and coughing.

Ive never had issues, but it sounds like its being caused by the Adex.

Cut back the dose to .25mgs EOD.

Should be fine. If you wanna just switch to Nolva that'd be fine, or you can stop everything and risk ERSEs.

    Its up to you.

that's awesome man thanks a lot. sounds like it exactly. started having sore throat and cough yesterday, and noticed ankle joint pain about an hour ago before injecting. I dropped it completely for a few days now (3). know how long the sides take to cure? what will happen with the estro levels?

    Estrogen Related Side Effects.

Its my term. ERSEs. Read my thread if you havent, itll teach you how to prevent these issues.

The sides should decrease fairly soon. I cant say for sure when, but id image within a reasonable time.

I would still use the Adex, or switch to Nolva. Just watch the dosing. Its obvious your body is sensitive.

Well if your diet is very clean, and you are under 12% BF AND youve never had gyno issues.

Then i think youd be ok without an AI or Nolva during cycle.

i'm already feeling better. had more energy today, ate a S**T ton of food all day, and less chest pain, but still have some and less fatigue. i've been off the adex for a few days and can already tell a difference.

Do you have caber or bromo on hand for progesterone related-gyno?

If you are not susceptible to gyno why did you run the AI this time around? You could have taken the caber or bromo route instead to eliminate the possibility of prolactin induced gyno.

i don't even know what those are lol. Ive never been gyno prone even on bigger cycles, but I'm always reading on here about how its better to prevent gyno than to combat gyno, and i agree is why i started taking adex this cycle.
