    cycle question deca/sust

    6 '
    230lbs
    3rd cycle
    lifting 15
    32yrs old
    cycle question sust 250 deca 300 , do I shoot same time during the week or seperate deca? I will be doing 500 mg sust x2 week and 400 deca x 1 week. will continue sust 3 weeks after deca and get pct or clomid couple weeks after to balance test levels.
    Need some advice

    maybe get some hcg if your running a 19nor(deca ) add it around weeks 7-10 ata round 500iu every 4 th day.

    I would use nolva/clomid both for PCT and I would have an AI on hand like arimidex to help with bloat or gyno signs

    14 week cycle 3 250 sust 2 300 deca , clomid/ nolvadex for finish
