1000 ways to die on spike
Did anyone else see the show on Spike called 1000 ways to die. it shows crazy ways people have really died. This one was not all that crazy but still scary. A guy took steroids and human growth every day. I guess because it was too much, his heart stopped while working out. Would everyone assume he was abusing what he was taking? Anyway its a pretty interesting show.

You don't have to abuse steroids to reach that point, albeit abusing increases the chances greatly.
I have read articles on MMA fighters/bodybuilders who have had heart attacks in the gym who were on steroids. Now its hard to correlate the use to the heart attacks directly, since each person reacts differently a small portion of the possibility might be susceptible to heart attacks.

either way it's a good question...
if i were to say what caused the guy to die while working out due to hgh abuse, it would be the thickening of the left ventricle wall of the heart... an enlarged heart is common in people who overuse hgh, causing the heart to work less efficiently.. im sure that's not the only reason.. if the idiot was using hgh the wrong way, he was probably doing alotta things the wrong way..
2 cents..

I know that my dad has had a few heart attacks, and I just wonder if a regular cycle the way it should be done puts a susceptible person with certain genes at risk. I have already done a 12 week cycle, but who knows for the future.
