Damn that sucks man. Just stick it through and you will be fine if you take couple of days off. Make sure you try to upkeep your calorie and protein intake.

Just remember to keep eating... I always seem to show a sign of a little bit of sickness for some reason but just stick through it and you should be fine and recover quick.

Keep up the nutrition, take a multi vitamin and get plenty of rest!

If you go to the gym, make sure you wash your hands often and don't strain your body too much. Going easy is better than not going at all!

After a major sickness on cycle, I always feel like I make great gains. Maybe it is just the forced rest for a couple days, or maybe just psychological, but I feel really strong when I get over it and get back in the gym. Just make sure you eat like the others said bro...

Eat if you can bro...week 6 of my cycle I got sick with the worst flu I had ever had. I could not eat for 4 days and I could barely hold down liquids, I was sick from both ends...suck'd ass for sure...I lost 15lbs. I was just getting to my target weight which was 240 when this occurred and we back down to 225. BUT I stayed on the cycle and I was still able to gain 10lbs back.

^^ What these guys said. You just gotta man up and tuff it out. If its just a cold you'll be fine in a day or two.

My rule has always been... if its a head cold or a runny nose or some shit like that then keep training hard and eating right and up your vitamin intake. If you feel it in you chest then take days off and let it heal up. Chest colds will affect your breathing while training and you don't want that. Feel better and good luck.
