    New to this and was looking for some advice

    Ok guys, I guess this has been told time and time again on here but Im new to all this and was just looking for some input. First off, Im 33 years old, and in good health, my BP can be a little bit high sometimes but its not a problem. Im 235lbs and Im 6'2. Ive been lifting regularly for about 8 months now, I have gained some size and have lost some body fat in the process, I would like to kick it up a little though. I try to eat good, well as good as possible, I work fulltime and also have a family and lets face it, its hard. I do try to workout five times a week, though Im not a monster in the gym, I usually workout around an hour or hour and a half every evening. Im not looking to be a bodybuilder by any means, I would just like to ad some size and have a good thick solid look. I have never tried using anything other than your normal supplements, creatine, protein powders, test boosters, things like that. Is there anything I cant take (orally preffered) that will put good size on me, size that will mostly stay on after a cycle? I would want to take something that is relatively safe, something that I can cycle on and maybe stop afterwards and keep most of what I put on, I guess Im just wanting a boost, I feel that I can keep the gain on once I get it, or atleast think I can. I want to thank you in advance for any input, Im just looking for a point in the right direction, maybe what Im looking for doesnt exsist, but I knew I would never know till I ask.

    can do wonders with just the proper diet and training.. with a busy life it can be tough for sure. but it can be done..

    Aside from recommending nutrition, I feel OTC PHs would best suite you due to their ease of consumption and your busy schedule.

    I've had great success running mild and safe compounds such as H Drol, Promagnon-25, etc...

    You may want to look into that seeing as how injectable AAS is best geared for serious competitors/bodybuilders with strong and disciplined nutrition/training backgrounds IMHO.

    Thank you, like I said earlier I am green to all this, can you give me somemore info to the OTC PHs you refered to, I dont know what any of this stuff is, Id like to learn more. Would I have to stack 2 or more things or could I get what Im looking for with one thing? Again any help with this is greatly appreciated.

    i dont know about those pro-hormones.. know many will wreak havoc on your lipid profile.
    dont really think anything is necessary but might consider something like var. maybe even tbol.. id rather see you do one of those than a PH.

    I've learned much of what I know from that site and they have a great team/members over there.

    This site is by far the best for AAS info.

    However, it all boils down to what's available to you...

    If you have the means, then I agree with the above on a six week Turinabol cycle even stacked with Anavar if you have the coin.

    Yeah those to both sound pretty safe, I would primarily like to get bigger though and not cut much, would one of these work good for that, also, how would I go about obtaining any of these? Im in the sticks and this sort of thing isnt available around here. Thanks

    tbol is similar to dbol without the bloat..

    What kind of bloat are we talking? Also do you get bad mood swings with the dbol ? I checked it out and would like to try it but I do have a family and wouldne risk affecting them in a harsh way for all the size in the world. According to this it comes in a 25, how many tablets would I need to take and when and how? Thanks again and sorry for all the ?s

    you looking at that crap in the banner.. not the real thing just supplements.. spend your money on a multi-vitamin.. will be about the same for alot less.

    If you have to ask, then just stick with over the counter PHs such as H Drol, Phera, etc...

    Based on your proposed goals I'd run a good Phera clone such as CEL P Plex for 5-6 weeks solo @ 30,30,30,30,45,45mg and shoot for a good 10-12 lbs.

    As stated, check out that site that I recommended for PH support.
