Now I damn sure no one in here would retain there size and weight doing a cycle only once every three years, furthermore my present condition and weight has alot more to do w/ being injured in combat and spending the last couple years in rehab. I am now making the comeback shooting for my previous weight at 205 and looking for a jump. Have been back in the gym nearly 6-8 months now
So far so good, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to.
