Is this normal?
Im running my first cycle. Its a cycle of Havoc, which is basically a designer steroid , for those that dont know. I am a week and a half in. I have ran 20mg a day so far but im not really feeling so great about my workouts or my health. My goal is to gain 15 lbs and I doubt im going to reach it. Anyways its almost time to increase to 30mg a day and I just want to know what you guys thought as far as my sides... is all this fairly normal stuff? I will admit I am a bit worried, but I also tend to get paranoid about stuff...
So far I have gained 5 pounds and havent noticed any gains in strength.
I have noticed slightly increased acne with one large pimple on my lower back that almost seems to have a root and I dont think it can be popped. I've had some pretty bad back pain especially in my lower back, but this could also be from a new mattress.
Ive increased my water intake a lot but I dont seem to be retaining that much water weight... just pissing like a race horse. My nipples have a brown color around the nipple and a few small white bumps on them. This isnt really noticeable at all unless your really looking for it. Ive been warm on occasion with some slight redness in the face as well. Last, ive noticed my knees popping and tension in my shoulders.

havoc is an aromatse inhibitor analog .... ...not a designer steroid . At any rate - no biggie - i dont see how this compound could cause any adverse sides to be honest. I personally am not a pro hormone fan at all.

Pro-hormones are SUPPLEMENTS please from now on post in the SUPPLEMENT SECTION
You're fine and you won't gain 15lbs off of Havoc, sorry.
