    Help with HCG??

    I just got my HCG today and its in a powder. Kind confused now? little help?

    Ive never taken a HCG before so im hella cofused!! Whats bac water and reconstitute and how exactly would I do this and where can i get those things?

    Thers 5000ius in the vial. So I would add 1ml of bacteriostatic water then right?

    And yeah i guess i should have done a little more research on how to mix it but i just thought it came in a liquid! My fault. But at least i have a HCG this time!!

    Would i be able to buy bac water at a pahramcy in any of the grocery stores or anything like that?

    this what i do with my 5000iu .. i add 1ml bac water..then draw that out and put it in a sterile vial.. then add 4ml more to that.. making 1000iu per ml..
    then use 1/2ml/500iu.. with me so far..

    I just read that fot 5000iu 10 week supply to
    1) purchase empty 10 ml vial, and 30mls bacwater
    2)Crack both single use vials suplied with hcg kit
    3)using slin pin, draw up 1 ml suplied bacwater
    4) SLOWLY run the 1ml bacwater down the side of the crack-top containing the lypholised hcg powder.
    5) allow to mix on its own
    6) Add 9 mls bacwater to stoppered empty vial with IM pin "3x3ml's"
    7) SLOWLY draw up the 1ml HCG solution
    8) Insert loaded slin pin into 10ml vial containing bacwater.
    .

    would that be right too?
