from the research i have done on this pgh it seems to be a possible option...i already started one thread but its dead.....im the skinny lanky guy....im continuing diet 210% so no questions i already posted up thankyou...this is solely for pgh convo....my question is to you guys do you think this could help with my diet & training together? if so why....since you guys know my situation a little bit i was hoping some one could give me some advice on thier past experiences with this Pgh?
