I want to...
Do my first ever BICEP and TRICEP injections.... maybe even TRAP inject...
Can someone with knowledge tell me where I can find the link on spot injections. I know someone out there knows what link I am talking about... the one where there is diagrams showing you exactly where to stick the needle.
I'd be very appreciative of this Please... and Thank you Bros !!

I did my whole first cycle by injecting into my biceps, it seemed an easy shot to do by myself.
You will be ok, from my experience though, sometimes you can hit a nerve in the bicep, which makes the muscle twitch, bit wierd but painless.

LMAO !! Sorry Bub... I dont understand why people get so upset with CAPS and such... lol... but people have voiced their opinion so I have calmed down with them now... lol
Really?? Thats INTENSE !! I could never just shoot just BI's my whole cycle... ESPECIALLY since I shoot 2 mls per day ... That would overload that muscle quickly and cause oil abscesses and such..

The only reason I use anything other then Glutes, Quads or Delts is if I have to do multiple daily injects and I need areas to rotate to. Otherwise there is no reason for it....

Actually I did not know that...thats good information.
I chose biceps because I knew I had to do all the shots myself. luckily it was only one injection per week of 2ml of Test E.
Its a wierd one, sometimes I could do it so I didnt feel a thing, and then othertime ide get a sharp pain just as it entered the skin.
Now I do my glutes, painless!!!

I JUST DID MY FIRST BICEP INJECTION !!!
of course
I chose to use my NPP which is 1/2ml.... but the GENIUS i am... the NPP I HAVE BURNS WORSE THAN THE TEST PROP !!! SOOOOO.... sufficely to say it hurt like hell... but I did it... with my bicep twitching... it was weird... but I DID IT ...
I then injected the rest of my injection .75mls of TEST PROP and .75mls of B-COMPLEX in my delt...
BUT HEY !!! I am very very proud of myself !!! YAAAY !!
I will only use the bicep/tricep/pec/trap injections when I have to rotate injections sites... otherwise I am sticking to my GLUTES/QUADS/ and DELTS !!
Overall good experience to go through though... JUST THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE !!

exactly !!! I dont plan on using my biceps/triceps/pecs/traps for frequent injections... just when I have used up every other big muscle group of the week... to prevent SCAR TISSUE !! I do short ester cycles..... all the time... soo...

DEFINITELY !! Like I have said before though... i am a sucker for ED injects !!

Whats up Dog? I did Bi's once and never want to do it again unless it's IGF-Lr3. That shit hurt my friend. Yo...have you seen the Anabolic Doctor on the other board I referred you to? That place is stepping it up!! He'll answer all your questions and he is dealing with a few Pro's right now...Great guy!

So it's the next day... It's sore... there is a tiny lil bruise at the sight of where i stuck the needle in... bout an 1/8th of an inch in diameter, tiny.
It's what I expected to be from a virgin muscle. I hope the soreness dies down soon... it's kind of a just like this nagging stupid pain... I JUST DONT WANT IT TO INHIBIT MY WORKOUT TODAY!! I'll be PI$$ED !!
