    2 shots per week

    Instead of one 500mg shot of Test E im breaking it down to 2 shots per week. I noticed that I have less pain injecting less. When i do the full 500mg I pretty much feel like my ass is going to fall off. So far I feel great!

    500mg of test e should be split up lol, every 3.5 days...

    that's what u should have been doing all along anyway 2 per week every 3.5 days to keep steady levels in your body... doin the same right now, absolutly no pain
