Concerned friend needs help

Hey everyone, trying to keep it short, and thx for your time in advance.

Basically, my best friend and I have been working out for almost 2 years now. Both have decent gym experience with family in bbing and read a few books (i.e. The Bible of Bodybuilding). We are both 19 and I want to get into natural bbing (so this doesn’t apply to me ), when he doesn’t. So he thinks it’s ok to start a “light cycle” because his heroes Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jay Cutler started at 19 or something like that. So he thinks he can get away with it, with his proper diet and training (we also don’t drink or do recreational drugs).
He asked me to help him out w/his AS homework lol. I’m thinking of getting him to start a cycle of DECA and TREN (oral cycle) because they are light on the testosterone . Or maybe anavar . He says he just wants something “light” and would rather do an oral cycle until he becomes 21 and then up the dosage and maybe do injections.

I’ve tried to do all the homework I can for my bro but still can’t get my questions answered, I need some help from you guys who know what it’s all about. What the lightest cycle for him that won’t hurt him too much along with his proper diet and training? Also what your input on all this? THX AGAIN!

stage: in a bulking stage lol ( he claims to have a crazy metabolism )

deca and tren are injectables not orals, so I don't know what he has.

at that age, he really needs learn nutrition and training.

oh ya, he gets it, but he's just way to stubborn to wait, I guess the site he was looking at was a fake lol, but he’s cool with doing the DECA and TREN injectables.
We have pretty much the same diet. It’s just the usual that we took from other bbers that work for them, just more suitable for our weight and stats.

Basically 3500 plus cals.
1.5 grams of protein per body weight
lots a carbs lol
good multivitamin

So would he still be ok with the DECA and TREN injectables or is he better off doing something like the Anavar ?

no, he should be taking any steroids now. his natural test production is through the roof. take advantage of it.

Deca and tren i would not recommend for first time users. Anavar would be more suitable but it is very expensive. But again your gonna hear me and others say to wait and take advantage of naturally high test levels, and not screw them up

Great article! Sorry quick question on my mind. Instead, can he get away with doing half dosages, for the normal recommended amount of cycle time? If people were to do half dosages instead of the normal dosages, would that make the side effects harder to come about, thus better to do?

He should not be using any steroids right now regardless of dosages, and his age is only one of the reasons why.

Arnold had heart surgery to fix his left ventricle. I hardly count that as "getting away" not to mention the other host of problems we don't know about.

And Tren is the most powerful and harshest of all steroids and you want to put him on that? Not to mention stacked with Deca ? You never do two 19-nor's together with no test.

No offense, but its friends like you that end up hurting their friends thinking they know anything about anything about steroids.

My intensions weren’t to put him on something really intense, that why I asked for a very light cycle. My intensions really were to convince him to wait till he’s older, but he’s extremely stubborn and doesn’t really care. So I guess in reality if he were to do it than the best AS option for him is the ANAVAR , but the downfall is it’s expensive as well as side effects.

Ask your friend how he likes getting pssy. Because, after a cycle at such a young age, he might not be able to do anything when presented with the opportunity to get some. Who would even want to give him any pssy when he's got a nice big pair of man titties swinging around? He doesn't wanna be that guy at the gym with the big bitch tits. Arnold is awesome and a God and all that, but in reality the life of your friend and the life of Arnold probably couldn't be farther apart. Arnold has genetics, he's got a gift and he used it to his advantage.

AS isn't going to turn your friend into Arnold, or make him as successful as Arnold, or anything else. At his age and what seems to be his extreme ignorance and reluctance to take good advice, he's just asking for disaster. Even at 21 it's a bad idea.
