    cutting up for summer diet

    alrite hows it goin. was wondering if i this diet wuld need adjusted if so what could i add in and whats best to take along with it.

    my stats

    5ft 4
    12 stone 5.
    lost just over half a stone in last few weeks due to not eating and training
    bf around 11 or 12 percent.this is the first time ive tryed cutting.it was someoe that gave me this in the gym.


    Meal 1 6 eggs

    meal 2 50 grams whey protein and makin sure carbs vry low

    meal 3 230 grams of chicken betgren salad 6 teaspoons olive oil

    meal 4 as meal 2

    meal 5230 grams freh salmon with skin 200g brocili

    meal 6 230 gramsrump steak 100g asparagus

    ave been told to drink 6 litres a day up to 12 and to ad loads of salt.also have one chat meala weekglutamine multivitmis aswell


    have some clenbuterol sitting there.and was thinking of taking test prop and winny. if you could get back to me would apprecite it
