    first cycle

    I am new to this site and would greatly appriciate every ones input. i am currently thinking of starting my first cycle. i wanted to start out with sumthing low key like 200 mg of deca for 4 weeks, then on the 5th id take 100mg, then on the 6th i would go to 50mg and end it there. Is this a wise decision?

    I know this isn't what you were lookin for but do some reaserch. I could spoon feed you a cycle but you need to learn about this stuff before you go jabin away

    I agree with Ron. Up the dose though for sure and stack an anabolic along side of that.
