Gyno while the cycle

Hi Folks,

This is my second cycle, I had a little bit of gyno last cycle 8 years ago and Proviron helped blocking but I thing that it massed up with my gains from the steroids . In case I feel the gyno again during the cyclo, what is recommended?

Start doing 20mg of nolvadex , and at the same time start using 0.25mg of arimidex every other day. When the symptoms start to disappear, seize using the nolva and keep on using the arimidex throughout.

It is every day 7 days a week, yes.
No I think not.
If it reduces your gains slighty you'll beter have 1-2 pounds of muscle and have the 'ol bitchtits? I don't think so

Arimidex 0.25mg is 1/4 of tab?

You havent started your cycle right? If you have and havent seen any gyno symptoms then run arimidex at .25 mg/eod. You can do it ed if needed. But really unless you have already started to show gyno from this cycle, the nolva is not needed

So I can run Arimidex anyways just to be safe even if I am just starting the cycle and I don't see any gyno symptoms, as prevention?
is 0.25mg of arimidex 1/4 of tab?

I would start nolvadex when gyno appears because it acts faster, and thus giving arimidex time to work and then seizing the use of nolvadex.

He asked what he should be doing if he saw gyno, and the protocol mentioned above seems to be a fitting one. Prevention: 0.25mg EOD. To kill it when it has begun, do the same thing and add nolvadex.

Yes you can run it as prevention and I would do so in your case since you've already experienced some gyno problems. 1/4 tab is 0.25mg, thats correct.

Arimidex is a good thing to, because you might get higher testostorone levels because less testostorone gets converted to estrogen via the aromataze enzyme, and thus possibly causing more gains (lean once anyways). But you need a sertain amount of estrogen so killing it would not be good.

It could at higher dosages but not at the above-mentioned, no.
