What would be best for me?

So I'm a middle/long distance runner (training for 8km) and I want to supplement my base training this summer with some AS. I'm 6'2", 165 lbs and 19 years old.
My main goal is to improve my recovery time since I will be doing very high mileage (120mpw). Some other things that I would not mind would be increasing strength with as little mass as possible, and increase red blood cell count (no EPO though), but recovery is the most important part.
I have read that AS use for people my age is frowned upon except in certain cases where the muscles are already extremely developed. My upper-body could use some work, but I've logged over 12,000 miles in the last 5 years, and my legs are the main reason I want to use AS so I think I should be fine.
A friend recommended an 8 week cycle of 400mg test cyp EW, 50mg tbol ED, and ECA stack 2xED in a ratio of 10mg-100mg-100mg.
I'd be happy to provide any other information you think is necessary. Any advice that you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Best thing for you to do is wait another 4 years.

How the hell are you 165 while running 120mpw? Kids that run that much are like 130 pounds.

My racing weight is around 140 but it's easier for me to maintain and stay healthy at 165.

Do you think even a very small (smaller than what my friend had recommended) dose would be bad for me?
If yes, any other ideas that could help me recover?

If you're gonna use juice no matter what you are advised here...them I say go with the test...forget all that other stuff...its too much for a first timer and you really don't need it.

As stated above. your to young. 19... Wait a few years. You can do some serious damage at your age. You can grow a hell of a lot more at your age.

I don't think AAS hold much weight in distance running. Stay light and train right is pretty much the name of the game. I'd supplement with glutamine and have a proper diet and recovery time for what you're looking for.
