Opinions On My First Cycle?
I am very new to the whole steroid community and I am looking for some input from all of you. I have been an athlete my entire life and had an unfortunate injury that ended my college football career. Due to being sidelined and unable to be active for close to 10 months, my body did exactly what I was hoping it wouldn't. I gained quite a bit of weight, in body fat, and lost a significant amount of muscle in that period. Due to this, I am after a cycle that will shred body fat and increase muscle mass. I am not looking to get HUGE and bulky, but I do want to put on significant size.
After talking to a few people and much research I have decided on this cycle...
A stack of Test Cyp, (1.25ml twice a week for 6 weeks) Parabolan , (1ml twice a week for 5 weeks) Anavar Tabs (40mg per day for 6 weeks) and Nolvadex (toward the end of the cycle)
I am about 5'9 180 lbs with an athletic body type. I have a terrible diet right now, but plan on eating 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day with protein shakes in between a few of the meals.
I am looking forward to the opinions and recommendations that will generate from this thread.
Thanks for the help,

I am 23 years old and current body fat is probably around 18-20% That is just an estimate, I really haven't had it measured in quite some time. Yes I am able to train at full intensity now, and have been able to for the last 6-8 months. I am fully recovered and anxious to get this started!

I would look towards diet/cardio/training at this time lol, 18-20 bf is to high..

Definitely..... Amen to that... Thats a high %bf. I would definitely get on the treadmill and try to burn some butter before looking into a any steroid .

Maybe its not that high... I have no idea to tell you the truth. Before my injury i was had about 10%body fat. Ive gained some weight, but that was an estimate. Maybe thats too high.

could you post a pic or 2 so we can see what base you are working with?

x 2. Also how much gear do you think you're gonna run??!! Parabolan doesn't exist anymore, or isn't produced anymore(don't quote me on this). Post your diet first in the diet forum.

180 with 18-20%... definitely would trim down. That is a high % bf.... I think a pic definitely would help....... Is that like a guestemated bf %?

From the two replies it seems 18-20% body fat is a fatass...and I wouldn't say others or myself would say I am a fatass... maybe 13-15% would be more like it. Like I say, the last time I measured I was at 10% so Im not too sure where I would land now. Is that still too high? After all I am after a steroid that shreds that fat!

No ones calling you a fat ass... but 18-20 % bf is kind of high to be running any steroid . post a pic. what is it? 18-20 maybe 13-15 and then 10? ......... There is no magical steroid that will burn the fat to butter and miraculously make it muscle. Hard work and dedication as well as proper diet.

I never said i was called a fatass... just saying maybe my guess of 18-20 was way too high. I honestly have no idea. I do KNOW i was at 10% before my injury, therefore i guessed again with a lower number. I understand there isnt a steroid that does that, but it will help me along with my HARD WORK AND DEDICATION right?

First get your diet and training in order then 5-6 months down the road think about using steroids .
It's obvious right now you are having a "itch" to jump on because you are about to start working out. My friends are similar, everytime they start working out again they go buy a bunch of supplements. Take the time to fix your diet and train before you think about doing steroids. You should gain alot of the muscle back naturally and with a good diet you will lose that extra fat.

Much appreciated! I do have that "itch" you are talking of. I have been working out for a months now but just cant seem to get to where I was. I know my diet has a HUGE part of it! I have the gear coming already, and have told myself I need to take some extra time to work without it, but I know its going to be hard! Self discipline!

There's no steroid that burns fat(with the exception of Tren - however people still argue over this, and I myself am not sure what to believe). Gear will certainly help you maintain muscle while shedding fat. You shed fed with a good diet and cardio. So post your diet with macros in the diet section, and we'll go from there.

Tren burns fat, there really is no argument. Looking at tren's steroid profile will tell you that right off the back. In fact, I would say its better at burning fat than putting on muscle mass.
