Bloating; breast tenderness; diarrhea; dizziness; drowsiness; dry mouth; fluid retention; headache; heartburn; irritability; muscle pain; nausea; stomach pain or cramping; tiredness; vomiting, and nipple discharge.
Most of these side effects are listed for woman since it's not common for men to have high progesterone levels.

I know everyone always knocks it but I use letro. It works well and it's easy to get.

I'm the same way bro **knock on wood** but I keep some ADEX Just in case.. God Forbid a problem arose and I didnt have it.. that would be very uncool.. but I hate LETRO so yah....
And I hear yah on the pharm grade bromo over research caber.. that's a definite. Pharm grade anything is better than any UGL prod IMO just because it is designed around our consumption and made in a 100%sterile environment and you always KNOW what you are getting is 100% real and not underdosed or contaminated...

I use the smallest dose possible of letro. Just enough to not get gyno. I'm prone and need to be careful.
