Ketogenic Diet+Winny+Cardio= No progress?
Ok I have been on winny for 3 weeks with 400mg test C and Hcg . I have been on a ketogenic diet for 4 weeks and doing an hour oh cardio a day. What in the hell is with no weight loss damnit? I know that I am in ketosis because I test daily.
Here is my diet 3 shakes at 60-70 grams of protein per shake. I then eat 3 eggs and 2 pieces of turkey bacon for breakfast. I eat 6-8 oz chicken for lunch and 6 oz tuna for dinner or a turkey salad. That should be under 2000 calories.Last edited by transformer; 05-01-2009 at 11:19 AM.

dont know why your on winny and do u look different that scale doesnt always move sometimes u lose BF and maintain muscle a u dont drop much weight especially if your gaining muscle too, but u should have lost at least some water, i say throw the scale out the window and im not a fan of KETO BTW

I am on keto but, I am taking in like 300-400 grams of protein a day.

Probably 3800. I have been eating way below that. 2300-2500 calories a day. Oh btw I am also on 400 mg test C a week.

you need to be checkin your BF levels not your weight.. AtotheJ is right get rid of the scale, it's useless. The test cyp will also cause water retention which can look like fat over your abs.. The whole point is not what you weigh it's how you look.

It's hard to lose weight while taking steroids . Have you lost anything in your waist? That is what's important. I'm on the same diet and also in week four with good results.

keto diet is an awesome way to lose fat, and if done correctly gain muscle at the same time...with your mainenance being 3800, i would suggest taking around 3250 calories...if you cut too many calories, your body could actually put itself in a starvation state, and try to hold on to as much fat as it can...

With ketosis strips from Wal-mart. They are like 5 bucks for 50. Just pass strip through urine mid stream to test how many ketones you are spilling.

Just because you are in ketosis does not mean you will automatically lose weight! You must be in a calorie deficit as well! I think you are eating too many calories because I lose 2 pounds per week like clock work when in keto. Please list your daily diet so we can take a look.

bro u are taking test and winny. you are taking in 2300 calories some how up to 400 grams of protein. ur trying to lose weight. maybe i dont understand because ur info is spread over like 6 posts but it seems like ur all over the place.

Apologies for replying to a 8yr old post, but I'm taking exactly what you were in 09 and having similar issues. Taking in 1600 cals about 200mgs protein. 42 5'9" 230. 400mgs Cyp EWk&50 mgs stanazolol ED. So, I was wondering what kind of progress you made, and if any, what changes you made to finally see some results? TY!
