Hi there, I should start a differnt thread for advice or people in contest. I am 6ft tall which can be a problem at the height. Its easier for shorter guys in the sport to put of size than tall guys. For advice in bodybuilding, if you have the motavation then you will do well no matter how big you are. It starts with dieting which is the hardest part, some of you may not believe me and thats fine but Jay Cutler said to me once, "is missery your friend?" I said it is now and he told me being misserable and hungry is what its all about. I am speaking about being hungry and not eating things outside of my diet. Right now I am very grumpy because of the lack of calories and carbs but must dicipline myself not to stray. You need to pick a show in your state, commit to doing it and start dieting. It depends on where you bf% is and when you should start cutting weight. You need a coach, someone to asses your progress, adjust your diet each week and teach you proper posing. Give me a pm when you can, tell me what state you are in and ill find the show for you.
