    Natural Potential

A lot of guys here throw this term around, but in regards to bmi what do you reckon natural potential would be, before considering steroids ?

    10% bf and a bmi of 25?

And whats the biggest the average person can expect their biceps to grow to naturally?

I'm lean at 23.5 (15.2 inch biceps) But I know I can gain probably another 5 or 10kg natural with time.

Natural potential is different for everyone, and the limit of natural potential is probably way beyond the point where most people decide they have reached their natural potential.

first off BMI is not a good way to determine anything IMO, weight, height and bf% are though

i know a few guys that got to 20in arms naturally, though it took them a couple decades of hard training

2 years of solid diet and training is natural potential to me (unlees your in horrible shape, like a fat ass or something). At that point your body is ready for gear. I mean solid though, no p-ussy half assing. DEDICATION. Read Pinnacles "Idle Thoughts" thread.

BMI doesnt mean shit. like phate said, height, weight, and bodyfat is much more relevant.

If people don't like bmi, then can you guys tell me what would be the natural potential for me currently 82kg, 6'1.5", very lean (maybe 10-12% body fat approx).

i believe anyone can get yoked as phuq w/o roids. I mean, to the point where people who dont know what they're talking about would assume you were injecting. I've only done two cycles, havent cycled in over a year, and i look great. I think it just takes a while to grow up and find the dedication it takes.

I guess Id have to agree here. If your diet/workout are right then you should be able to get to your natty potential after 2 years. Since everyone is different you cant just say a weight or some such standard..

Agreed on the BMI too...Im an obese mfkr according to that.
