best way to administer 500mg of deca

im a bit of a newbie to injections whats the best way to take 500mg deca a week, 5 shots in day say monday and then 500mg 5 days later or

group 5ml and inject 5ml at once and then do the same 5days later?

I'm assuming your talking about NPP since it is dosed at 100/ml. If that's the case then you could inject 1.25 ml eod. By the way what is your current cycle and past cycle history?

If you want answers, you got to help us help you. You have given us little to NO information that we require in order to give you the best advice

lets start off with your stats please

age
height
weight
bodyfat %
diet
yrs training
any previous cycles( if so what)
Goals for this cycle
PCT planned for this cycle


Then we need to know EXACTLY what deca you have. Because the way it is dosed it sounds like you have NPP (Nandrolone Phenylpropionate) instead of the longer ester Deca-Durabolin (Nandrolone Decanoate)

Either way, if you do not like frequent injections, then you should NOT be using SUST as it needs to be injected EOD (EVERY OTHER DAY)

check what type you have and write down your complete cycle like this

1-14 test enth 500mg/wk shot 2x/wk
1-12 deca 400mg/wk shot 2x/wk

pct

tbh was at least 6months ago so dont no bf % at moment.

1-10 Nandrolone Decanoate 500mg shot 5x wk
1-4 dianabol 25mg

3 week clomid therapy.

just shoot 2ml of deca at a time and do 400 a wk or add the extra 1ml in with the sust shot

Figure out the mgs then do it twice a week, run for at least 12 weeks for good results. Just know if you get bloodwork done DECA is detectable for over a year! Use aggressive PCT too, will shut you down bigtime aka decadik
