Going into my 6th week and stuck at 207lbs
This is my first cycle, I started off with 35 mg ed of Dbol , 500 mg of Test E a week, and 400 mg of Deca , I'm also taking .5 mg od Arimedx every other day.
My starting weight was 189, I'm going into my sixth week, I finished the Dbol last week and for the past week have been stuck on 207lb. I get enough food in my system, Could it be the gear?

I probably get about 350 grams of protein and 3,000 calories a day.
What type of weight gain should I expect from runiing thios cycle for 12 weeks?

Honestly bro, everyone responds to gear differently. Being that this is your first cycle, you can expect to be fairly impressed.
As to why you are holding at 207, could be a number of things.
1.) As mentioned above, you could be losing water weight, but still making gains, so they are offsetting one another on the scale.
2.) You should shock your muscles, by changing your workout around, trying new routines. This will then make the muscle grow.
3,4,5.) Is your diet properly set up for a bulk?
These are the first things that came to me. I don't think there are any voodoo spells against you.
Consider the above, and chill out. you are only in week six.
Take care bro, and good luck to you!

it's not rocket science man...
you're off d-bol. therefore the instant gains have ceased.
just give the deca / test time to kick in. It can take up to 6 weeks for both those compounds to build up in your blood.
.... p.s. WAY too heavy for a 1st cycle.

Yep, you need to visit the diet forum! If you started your cycle eating 3,000 cal at 189 lbs and you are now 207 lbs you need to be eating 3,300-3,500 cals to further increase weight. Like others have said you are prob losing water weight from stopping the d-bol but right now is crucial for growth. Get your diet in check!

Up your complex carb intake and try making it something besides bread. You've also got too many protein shakes. You need to switch one of those shakes to a meal.

That diet doesn't look like 3,000 calories to me.
Nothing like guessing, right?

Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )
once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them
To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:
If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9
