    Gyno?

I was reading the sticky about GYNO by Warmachine. The sticky gives a lot of information but I had a question which is not covered in the sticky. Is my chance of running into gyno less likely if i have a lower bf% than somebody that has a higher bf%? Or are the chances equally as great if you have high or low bf%?

    1) The most obvious way is to control your BF% before and during your cycle. This of course doesnt mean that you wont get estrogen or progesterone (topic for another day) related side effects, but it does in fact reduce the likelyhood. It should also be taken up under advisment to watch your diet and water retention. That bloat and poor diet only adds to problems.
Ill go ahead and edit it so that its more clear.

Yes. Adex will help with the water retention.

Along with a low sodium diet, lots of water, and a low BF%. Gyno and really all ERSEs should not be an issue.
