    Milk Thistle

    Hiyas peeps, can anyone send me in the right direction for Milk Thistle MD?
    I did find a site but it was not for the type I was told to get, so any info would be appreciated thanks.

    I take 4 250mg pills ED during entire cycle,, (2 in the am, 2 in the pm)
    esp if I'm running a 17aa...

    I've heard some bros run it at 1500 and even 2000mg ED,, but IMO 1000mg ED is plenty,

    ED = "everyday"
    EOD = "every other day"

    Milk thistle is an Herb,, you can get it at any vitimin or drug store...

    IMO=In My Opinion. Lots of good sites on the net to get milk thistle. Go to a search engine and you should have no probs finding it.
