So I came across this thread.... I'd really like some opinions on what's being said here.... in the first part they are stating that DNP eats up muscle.... i find that very hard to believe. I'd imagine the guy was not eating enough protein if he lost 9lbs muscle and only 1 lb fat??

also is there a way to prevent cataracts? I think I read somewhere you can by supplementing something but I need to go back to that read and read it again... :] Thanks for any opinions/views/input!
