Muscle Cramps?
7th week of a 12 week cycle.Cramps in the back of my lower hamstring and shoulder blades.(disabling bad).Simple cycle,500 mgs test eth, and 400 mgs deca .Stats-5'10, 185 lbs,body fat around 15%, age 43.Anyone had muscle/tendons cramp up before?I havent read any such side effect.Kicking this out to the experienced Pro's out there.This is depressing.

I have experienced lower back muscle cramps (pumps) while on some orals (ex. d-bol) but never on injectables. Make sure you are getting an adequate amount of vitamins (calcium and potassium) and try supplementing with taurine (you can buy it at any supp store).

I had a major problems with cramps on my last cycle. It wasn't during my workout but after. I tried potassium supps and some other stuff. nothing seemed to work well for me. I haven't tried the magnesium or taurine. Might try that.

I'll try some magnesium and potassium.I take two centrum ed, am-pm.I missed a workout yesterday.Thats how bad it was.Not good during a cycle.Thanks for the feedback.Titanium

I'm basically on pretty much the exact same cycle and have been getting horrendous cramps. Mainly in hamstrings and whenever I try and work the abs they seize up even after I've stretched and warmed them up.
Yesterday on my Chest/Bicep day I got a cramp in my hamstring when I was benching, it was on the last rep as well. Very glad I had a spotter.
I've decided to take a couple of Red Bull lights for my next workout and hope the Taurine works.

Eat fruits especially bananas.
When i stopped eating them for a week i experienced cramps i started again and everything is fine.
I don't think it has anything to do with steroids .I had this out of AAS cycle.
Normally with steroids you shouldn't have cramps since there is water retention present.

Yeah wait till you get a cramp in your neck/trap/and mouth at the same time. Happend to me at the gym last week, it all just cramped and held. I felt paralyzed for 20 seconds.
It hurt...like a bitch, all because I decided to yawn.
