active ingredients of universal animal stak
Im posting this again with the list of ingredients. Thanx for the help.
I picked up my first can of universal nutritions animal stak and was reading through the ingredients and warnings thoroughly when i got it home. From what i know about anabolics and the extreme length of the warning, i'm curious as to whether this shit is as serious as Universal makes it sound. Anybody out there have any experience with it? Why waste you money on crap like this take the time save your money put your time in at the gym ask the right questions and buy some supplements that work. Most of that shit does more harm to you liver than good. It kicks your liver into overdrive and makes it filter out all that harse shit with no benifits. Your on the right path now by coming here asking questions. Good luck bro.

Don't feel to bad. I did the same thing about 6 years ago. I bought this all in one BB system, Metabo something I think. I don't really remember the name. It was trendy came in this blue box. It had a diet plan, 6 or 7 bottles of supplements and a work out from hell. The work out was built on completely exerting yourself then doing negatives every rep. This and the diet caused all the gains. I don't think the overpriced giant pills did a thing. Except gag me. So like pureanger said dont feel too bad everyone has done it except Mike.....
