Upping Var dose advice for female!

Hi guys. I just started a cycle of Var at 5 mg a day. Staying here for two weeks, then bumping up to 10mg a day. I have Var in capsule form, 2.5mg a pill. Should I spread 4 pills out every couple hours or take 5 mg(2 pills) at a time? Does it really matter? Thanks!!

i dont know what doses are for a girl.. but splitting doses up is best cause of blood levels and keeping sides down and half life. instaed of just blasting it all at one time in the morning

ive read girls should take between 5mgs to 10mgs aday no more.

half life is 8-12 hours i guess so u can split it off of that.

Posted this before, with women wanting to avoid sides, you dont want it active in their system 24/7 so taking it all at once even with a short half life is often recommended.

I stand correct and would go with fireguys advice on this one will edit the last part of my first post..thanks bro will remember that one..

At 10mgs of Var she is more than likely safe from sides but the principal of half lifes is different with women was my point.

Kool doing some more research so I dont give the wrong advice, I had read some before but compared it to giving advice to men....I really need to research more a women's cycles...
