Is the area warm to the touch and do you have a fever?

If you're still in that much pain 6 days later I would get to the doctor.

Fever, warm to the touch, are both signs of infection. Your body was fighting it so it raises your temp (fever)

6 days later and you still experiencing alot fo pain isn't a good sign after you already had two telltale signs of infection. Somebody who knows more can probably chime in but I'd bet you're still fighting it.

ive had it b4,, if your have insurance might as well just go get some antibiotics. I dont really have good insurance so i just stick it out myself. If you feel its subsiding then it prb is.

My biceps right now are red and warm to the touch. There is no way both are infected. I followed perfect procedure when injecting. The site just gets irritated sometimes. I've had these things happen before. I freaked out the first few times but have learned now to take it easy. I got an infection only once. Trust me, you'll know the difference.

NO. His shot was 6 days ago? I guess I didn't catch that part of it.

Not really something to mess with. If the infection reaches your blood the chances shoot way up of ending up in a box. Some might want to take chances but I wouldnt and wouldnt recommend it.
