Thanks again guys, I'm not stubborn or hard headed, when someone knows more than me, I listen haha. About the routine you gave me, is that cardio AFTER lifts? or before? also, how should I be eating? and lastly, will my gear expire? how long can I store it for? where should I store it? thanks so much for being positive and helpful guys, I really appreciate it.

And to the guy who said if I didn't want results quickly, I wouldnt be here...the only reason I turned to AS is because I felt like I hit a plateau. I am already happy with my body, and once I get rid of a few lbs of fat, I'm right where I want to be. However I do weight lifting for the sport of it, first and foremost. I enjoy seeing my numbers go up every week. I wasnt seeing any gains.
TBH my favorite exercise has always been squats. Last week I put up 445x 6, and this is after a few months off. However because I have that extra fat my ass and thighs look ridiculously big. maybe its gyno? If i push back at the tip of my nipple, and squeeze around/poke and pick I feel like there are small peas down there. Is that because I have extra body fat? or could that be gyno?! if it IS gyno, is there any way to get rid of it? I have never take any steroid before. Only vitamis, protein, and creatine/superpump powder!
