I guy at my gym sais that if I eat more than 1/2g of protien per bodyweight a day its very toxic/bad for your liver... can I tell him to shove that info up his ass or should I hold to my own.
at 180lbs at 7-10% bf- there is no way in hell I would grow ON 90g of protein a day

No that guy doesn't know what he's talking about. If anything excess prot puts strain on your kidneys. But you'll be fine as long as you dont go crazy like 500mg ED.

1 Can of Heinz Beans + 1.5 cans of Tuna.
