i have been doing some reading on 250 is i worth trading my Teth for 250 for a first cycle

250 sounds safer in the profiles

no one is saying sus is rubbish but for a first cycle because sus has multiple esters its safer to go with a single ester like test e/cyp to get blood levels as stable as possible as soon as possible

I did sust as my second cycle ever and gained more then i ever have.

when i start a cycle i use 1cc of sus and 1cc of test E,the Sus has some fast release test that gets in yor system fast and then the slower release builds up with the test E. I then use 2cc test E weekly for the rest of the cycle.

Your first cycle should consist of test E. 500 mgs per week.But it's to late for that now.That is so you can see how your body response to AAS.T-MOS needs to beat this dead horse till it's road kill!!!!!But somehow I don't think you need the extra exercise.LOL-Titanium
