wait so i know winni is pretty much bad and stop your natural supply of testosterone , but people tell me to stack it with test. why is this and how does this help your tests levels?

You need to run test to replace your natural test that your body won't be producing

Yes you run them together.
How much you shoot depends on the amount you wanna run.

DONT RUN IT ON ITS OWN!!! it will stop ur natty test! thats why u need to run test along side it so it replaces it! check out a few other threads on here, its all been said before! And you said u ran it on its own when u were 20, did u do any sort of pct or anything? ur test is at its max around there so why do that and risk fvcking up ur natty test forever? Just take your time to read through and listen to the experianced memebers on here before u do yourself some real damage!
