    wich ones better for bulking

    age 24 height 5;7 weight 184 i use to go to the gym bout 6 times a week and train 2 body parts a day now i was told 1 body part a day is better to put in some mass now im on tren a and test enantat and im wondering wich one works best

    Well you are taking them both. Tren is the most powerful and has the most sides. How many cycles have you done. Not to be a dick just trying to look out, but you probably want to look into what you are putting into your body right now.

    its my third cycle first one was tren a and the last one was test 400

    Ok, well then you know you need to run Test with Tren . I am not saying from first hand experience with the Tren, but the concensus seems to be that it is the strongest compound, most of the guys with a lot of cycles under their belt run it every cycle. How are the sides for you?

    to tell u the truth tren a for my first cycle was great it was stupid tho i didenbt know shit about it and dident even do a pct my second one on test 400 i did it good and got great gains in muscle mass butttt i had puffy nipples and did letro i was told later that i shouldev use nolva insted and thats what im doing now cuz i have lil bit of puffy nipples other than that everything was good

    Oh for bulking lol. People use Tren to bulk or cut. They give the implants to cattle because it increases feed efficiency by 20%, which I believe means they can feed the cattle 20% less but they will maintain the same weight.

    work out for bulking right now this is what i do
    monday; chest abs
    tuesday;back calves
    wednesday break
    thursday bicep tricep
    friday shoulders traps legs
    sat/sun
    break
    is that better then working out 2 muscles a day 6 times a week thast my question

    I would try deca , does not aromitise as much and add some dball, it will give you a good mass gain. Of course all cycles should have the father- test.

    it's not a great split, but I've seen worse.

    I'd prefer to give legs their own day
