    Best Advice

    I am about 20 pounds overweight and all I really wanna do is slim down and get really cut... Wats the best things to take and do for best and quickests results ??

    Diet and cardio







    P.S.- No one knows this, BUT there is this new magical Steroid called Hagen Daz- the secret formula is Chocolat Chocolate Chip. You eat it 3 times a day and it works as a miracle drug to lose the 20lbs. Do this for 4 weeks and let us know how it works out.

    Not much . I'm lucky to eat a sandwich a day... I'm always on the move .

    Thats basically what my diet has been like for the past 6 weeks . Live alone . Work alot . Stop long enough to eat a sandwich, get a small workout and go to bed.

    well if you want help with your diet go to the diet section... give them all your stats.. with all these answers and a basis of what you eat everyday.. then they will help you in there


    age
    height
    weight
    body fat
    goals

    diet--

    bmr-

    macros for your diet (which u might be a little lost with one sandwich) gonna have to start somewhere
    daily activity at gym
