Hey Guys, just looking for some educated opinions and answers I am 6''3 200 lbs and play football im looking to get up to 230 and stay relatively cut looking for a type of steroids to get me there I have a good diete and workout schedule just cant seem to put on the extra weight I am 24 yrs old.

Look over diets in here, find one you like, stick to it for awhile and see how it works. It takes a long time to find out what works for you, I have been trying for years and still can't figure it out.

And don't let these assholes with there negativity get you down. Half of them don't have pictures but yet love to critique others and give advice that they have never tried firsthand.

Look over diets in here, find one you like, stick to it for awhile and see how it works.
