How much lifting weight do you typically increase week by week on test?
Just wondering how much weight you all increase on bench press, dead lift, etc. week by week on test. 10-20 pounds each week? More? Less?

I'm aware there is no set number. Just would like to get an idea by seeing people's individual numbers from experience. They can't be too far off.

you probably won't get answer like that here as there really is not a black and white answer.

Who knows, test works different for everyone, I gained some strength off test but gained alot of muscle, while my buddy running the same test as me had HUGE strength gains and more lean muscle gains.

The most I ever gained in one lift in one week is 90lbs on my squat.

As everyone before said, there is no set number for this. However you will find yourself being able to increase your poundages from week to week on your cycle if your diet is good. Whereas naturally you will usually not be able to do this from workout to workout.

There is a psychological component to be taken into consideration on this post.

There is no set number. Are you bodybuilding or powerlifting? Even that is irrellavent. Test will make you strong, but some people are already cock strong. So it makes them record breakers. That is in powerlifting. Just be happy with the weights increasing each week.

4.5% BF (i did it in a water tank, go ahead say i'm lying)
185lbs (145 naturally)
5'7
Yea i was tiny before, I was on zafa sus (500MG wk) and some deca (300mg a week) and a little bit of test C with my sus (about 50mg with eack sus injection).
Maybe i was slacking the week before or it was mental. I dunno, i was naturally looking like skeletor and i tried everything to naturally get the look I wanted and then decided to use hormones. Hormones worked awesome, I put a lot of wieght on and I wasn't holding water b/c I was taking 1mg a adex EOD. Also was taking HCG as well. Im on my last week of PCT, i want to do another cycle in a month but my source ask for to much $$$ so i gotta find another one. for some reason I reacted to the test well, i did a 14 week cycle, it was my first and i got up to 185, I have lost 5lbs since I have been off but my strenght is still about the same. I also had a strict diet, worked out everyday, did little cardio (15min a day), injected b12. and sleept well, i worked my ass off but it was worth it.Last edited by lebronjames; 06-01-2009 at 08:33 PM.

Thank you chuck. One of the few who understands what I'm asking. People - I know there is not one definite answer. Everyone is different. That's not what I'm asking. You can't tell me you're not distinguishing how much weight you're moving up from pre-cycle to on cycle. Just want to hear individual experiences from people who diet, rest, and lift properly.
Personally I am noticing around 10-15 pounds increase a week on my bench also chuck. Dead lift and power clean has sky rocketed as well. All around I'm noticing decent strength gains, so I'm content. Thanks for the responses.
