    Comp prep - any suggestions / advice.

    Doing a trial comp purely for some stage experience this year, before a more serious year next year. About 5 cycles over many years, the most recent at end of last year being 10 weeks of Sustanon @ 500 per week. Any suggestions / advice re below plan, with timing of last winny / clen before comp would be greatly appreciated.

    Male 42, about 84kg, 16pc bf, 6 days training per week, 3000 cals at moment in 6-7 meals, benching 3-5 reps @ 120kg.

    (weeks 1 - 16) test-e @ 500mg week
    (weeks 1 - 14) deca @ 400mg week
    (weeks 1 - 4) d'bol @ 40mg ED
    (weeks 13 - 18) winny @ 50mg each day
    (weeks 17-18) Clen

    PCT
    clomid: 100, 50, 50, 50
    nolva: 40, 20, 20, 20

    Appreciate your thoughts and comments.

    Thanks for comments guys.

    Re FreGuy1: Other posts say to give an overview of current stats etc. Thought it would give an indication of current level of strength training - probably not important but just one of the points I listed.

    If anyone knows recommended ceasation of Winny / clen before comp day it would be appreciated - not too familiar with this area. Also if timing listed suitable for comp prep?
