    Constipation..

    Is constipation a common problem while on aas? What helps cure this. I am taking in plenty of fiber (38 grams ed). I am having bowel movements, but I can tell I'm backed up in my lower abdomin(sore to push on, not a hurnia though). Is it bad to run a laxitive once a week to aid?

    Id run it if needed. I guess and drug can have this type of effect on the body
