Advice on D-bol 1st time
Hello,
Im after a bit of advice from you guys. I want to give myself a kick start in the gym. I have previously worked out on a regular basis and now want to get back in the swing of things.
i have 50 D-bol and i know i need some testosterone for when i come off them but when do i start and how much?
Ive been told to take Nolvadex but ive found Novedex which i dont have to get from the black market and it says it has similar properties. Do you agree this will do the same or shall i get the real thing?
What other suppliments do you recommend with D-Bol?(over the counter suppliments). That i can continue to take after my cycle. Eg . protein, creatine etc
I dont intend in doing another cycle at the moment. Just this 5 weeker and thats it. Will they affect me that much in 5 weeks that i get tits and no balls?

ok, for starters please provide the stats asked for above.
next, exactly what do you mean by needing testosterone when you come off?

ive never trained like a bodybuilder if thats what you mean. Im not slim and im strong but not bulging with muscle. I only want a kick start and then build on that from then on.

OK, well first if you don't know your bodyfat%, you may want to get that checked
There is more health risks if you start using steroids with high bodyfat. Gyno is more likely, heart disease, high cholesterol etc.....
Dbol by itself is never suggested as it WILL shut down your natural Testosterone and that is something you NEED flowing in your body whether natural or exogenous
How about we look at your diet first and try to get that figured out

ok.
what would be a good muscle building diet and help me loose fat?
Im for lots of white meat and greens. but not sure what limits are for carbs and sugars.
can you give me examples of your daily diet so i can understand it better?

the serious side affects you mention. are they more long term rather than 5 weeks and then natural?

Not sure what you are asking here, but a 5 week cycle of a suppressive compound will give you those sides and can cause the health risks mentioned
Keep in mind that you WILL gain strength from Dbol , AND a TON of water weight, which is BAD when you have high bodyfat,
The best thing to do, is go to the diet section here, and post a thread on your diet now and your goals. We have some great guru's there that will be glad to help you get on the right path for you, then when you get the bodyfat under control, we can talk about a cycle
look for Phate or Jamyjamjr in the diet section

so cut the fat then build the muscle not both at same time.

by ALL means both at the same time. More muscle BURNS more fat, just do it naturally until you get your bodyfat down to 15%
that is why I said you may want to get it professionally measured so you know exactly where you are at. It may not be as bad as you think.
but either way, Dbol by itself is NOT a good idea, dbol as a kickstart WITH test is fine though

under 15% is best but I am a believer that as long as you are somewhere under 20% you will be ok! AS long as you are healthy and have no heart/ liver issues. the reason I say this is because if you do the right type of cycle you should be able to burn a good amount of fat while you are on
