    Shake Winny?

    Should you shake the Amp before you pull the substance out and inject it?

    Yeah you should shake it. Sometimes it's pretty thick.
    You can just drink it if you don't wanna go thru the hassle...

    Yeah you should shake it for sure- it seperates after awhile. You can drink it but it won't be nearly as effective.

    Don't shake it, ROLL the bottle in your hands. Keep it steady and straight, and roll it like you're rolling a piece of play-doh into a snake. Keeps the air buildup to a complete minimum and is efficient.
